Emotions are rushing through my body, but the one that is the strongest is excitement. This is really happening! I can't believe it, someone please pinch me (not so necessary actually, but you get the point). Ok so now i'm sitting in the international airport in Boston awaiting my flight to Rome and I must admit I had a 5 second meltdown. This is due to the fact that 1. I got lost for a few minutes, 2. I've never been in an international terminal and it is a bit of a different experience, and 3. Oh crap I'm going to Italy for 4 months (How will I survive in a foreign land for that long?).  Ok many of you will probably think that I am overreacting, and I've been known to do that before, but that's just my way.  What really brought me down to the valley of sanity is a phone call I made to my dad. He always seems to have words of wisdom that bring me back to reality. 

So now that I have realized that I'm not the only who has been through this and I won't be the last. I'm hoping some of you will soon take your adventure to foreign lands =). Wish me luck becuase from here on out I know I'll be changed for good, bad, and everything in between.
